The games are engaging and provide immediate feedback as well as long-term rewards. Thus, while some of the students are engaged with Reflex, I can give more attention to one or a few students. The special/extra time helps to tease apart confusing concepts and create personal strategies to gain greater success. When a smiling kid says, ‘I get it now!’ that’s a success story.”
