“Shoot for the Goal” Bulletin Board

The Technology Coaches in Harrisonburg Public Schools in Virginia shared some great idea to encourage Reflex success and usage in their schools.

“One of the most effective ways to help students progress… is by setting goals with the students, and then celebrating as a class or grade level when students reach their goals,” they explain. They show how teachers can use the certificates to show students how much progress they’ve made and to celebrate success.

Also, “a classroom or grade level progress chart is a great way for the students to see themselves being successful, and track their progress towards being 100% fluent.”

A bulletin board showing names of students and their math goals. Above the board is a sign highlighting the title All Stars.

A bulletin board showing a soccer field and a division on top showing the percentage of the math fact fluency of the class. On top of the board is a title motivating the students witht he phrase Shooting for our Goal!
