Audience: Grade 2-6 math teachers | Prerequisite: Introduction to Reflex and subsequent year of Reflex
About the Workshop
This workshop is designed to help teachers create a Reflex implementation plan. Teachers will learn how to set goals and create strategies to help students meet Reflex requirements. The webinar will help you create a Math Culture in your classroom and encourage student math fact fluency success. Teachers will learn how to set goals and create strategies to help students meet Reflex requirements, but also to utilize Reflex to its fullest potential in their classrooms. We will also discuss objectives, communication, and tactics one can utilize to meet classroom Reflex goals. In addition, we will devote a large portion of the webinar to discussing unique engagement ideas. Lastly, we will review specific reports and discuss when to use them, how to use them, and how they relate to the engagement ideas included in the webinar. Participants will walk away with implementation planning ideas, a Reflex recognition program and tools to encourage students' efforts and successes.
